Hash Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the brunch kitchen operations, mentor the squad, and drive a superior guest experience. You will implement training, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality across menus and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification from culinary school is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for Hash Kitchen brunch service.
• Coach, train and develop kitchen staff; lead team meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Hash Kitchen recipes, standards and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation to Hash Kitchen standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for the kitchen.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Collaborate with General Manager on staffing and training plans.
