Hash Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Chandler to oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality food service. You will supervise cooks, manage schedules, and uphold Hash Kitchen standards for safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification from culinary school is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects in the daily running of the Kitchen.
• Coach, train and develop squad members and create a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Lead weekly back-of-house meetings and coordinate shift manager & trainer meetings as needed.
• Train cooks and kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation to Hash Kitchen standards.
• Monitor training processes and discuss staff progress and goals with trainers.
• Maintain quality control, food safety procedures, and kitchen safety guidelines.
• Oversee product orders, stock, and food cost control.
• Perform other duties as required by upper management.
