Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coach the squad to deliver a great guest experience
• Lead brand execution and customer service excellence across all shifts
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Train employees and provide mentoring with clear performance feedback
• Monitor profitability through daily sales and cost controls
• Organize restaurant operations, inventory, and cleanliness
• Schedule staff to meet forecasted needs
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed
