Job summary

Hash Kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the daily kitchen operations and drive a top-tier guest experience. You will mentor and coach staff, enforce Hash Kitchen standards, and oversee prep, cooking, and presentation with precision.

As leader of the brunch kitchen, you will coordinate schedules, train cooks, uphold food safety, manage inventory, and control costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree or culinary school certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and develop kitchen staff to achieve Hash Kitchen standards.
• Co-ordinate daily kitchen operations, schedules and labor targets.
• Ensure recipe adherence and consistent food quality.
• Lead food safety, cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee ordering, inventory and cost control.
