Job summary

Hash Kitchen Utah seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume brunch setting. You will mentor a diverse team, execute brand standards, and drive profitability while managing schedules, training, and compliance.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding and development, ensuring consistent service quality and a positive work environment across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 5 years of High-Volume, Full-Service restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certificate.
• Food Managers permit.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in all aspects of daily operations and coach/train Squad members.
• Create a positive, collaborative work environment and deliver customer experience.
• Hire, onboard and develop staff following company policies.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales and costs to support profitability.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and communicate hiring needs.
