Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a growing brunch-only concept across our Southern restaurant family. You’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, guide a developing team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for every guest.

We seek a motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people, drive service standards, and mentor staff toward an elevated hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FOH/BOH operations.
• 1–2 years in a similar Kitchen Manager or leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for a brunch-only concept.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Train staff in FOH and BOH line positions and develop team.
