The Ruby Slipper Cafe in the Southeast United States is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for our growing brunch-focused concept. You will oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality brunch experiences.

We value leadership, reliability, and the ability to train staff, manage both FOH and BOH tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction with a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry, including FOH and BOH operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
