Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a brunch-focused concept across our growing portfolio. You will be responsible for running the restaurant in the GM's absence, guiding both FOH and BOH teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to manage both food & beverage operations and guest experience.
• Experience stepping in as GM in the absence.
