The Ruby Slipper Cafe is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our brunch-focused operation, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will manage service, staff performance, and daily gamesmanship, while coaching team members to deliver top-notch hospitality.

We value morning-people who can balance pancakes and people, train staff, and keep the restaurant running smoothly in a growing concept.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Experience in food & beverage front or back of house, minimum 3 years.
• Basic math and technology skills; able to operate a POS system.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to train and coach staff to success.
