The Ruby Slipper Cafe is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy brunch-focused operation in Nashville. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and stepping in as the primary leader in the absence of the GM.

We seek a motivated morning person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with 2-3 years of manager-level experience in high-volume restaurants.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
