Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service to their needs.
• Perform brow services and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the Brow Bar area.
• Collaborate with store teams and brand partners to promote events.
