Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is looking for a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, determining needs, and performing waxing and tinting services. An active esthetics or cosmetology license is required where law dictates, with a strong emphasis on guest service and product knowledge.

You will book appointments, drive sales, and collaborate with store leadership to meet goals while maintaining brand standards across the Brow Bar and sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing, tinting, threading.
• Book guests’ appointments for services and events.
• Maintain store standards and assist with merchandise resets and inventory.
