Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, and store targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for initial services, returns, and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Follow all Ulta Beauty policies, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support in-store events and promotions with brand partners.
