Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing waxing, tinting, makeup applications, and product demonstrations, while maintaining service standards and building client relationships.

The role requires cosmetology or esthetics licensing as required by state law, a strong focus on service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required where state law necessitates it.
• Experience with makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Strong sales, guest service, and product knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash enhancements.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services to drive sales.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system; participate in events and promotions.
• Maintain Brow Bar and store cleanlines, stock, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and brand partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
