Bay Ridge Mazda in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. The role focuses on greeting customers, documenting issues, and delivering smooth, professional service experiences.

You will write repair orders, provide estimates, coordinate with technicians, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Full-time position with Saturdays required in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
• Mazda or other OEM dealership experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Write repair orders, provide service estimates, and present recommended maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following Mazda service processes.
• Help the service team achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
