Job summary

Bay Ridge Honda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume, fast-paced service team in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role requires delivering great customer experiences, clear communication, and teamwork in a structured environment.

You will greet customers, document issues, write repair orders, and present service recommendations while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion. Strong Honda or OEM experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
• Honda or other OEM experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional, calm, and composed under pressure.
• Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work full-time, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Write repair orders, provide estimates, and present recommended services.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and stay up to date with Honda processes.
• Help the team meet daily and monthly performance goals.
