Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Brokerage Operations team, delivering administrative, marketing, and financial tasks to help brokers win deals. You will work closely with brokers, research, marketing, and finance to maintain listings, prepare deal documents, and manage CRM data, while handling travel arrangements and office support.

This on-site role offers growth in commercial real estate operations and exposure to multiple business

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in commercial real estate or professional services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Gather market research to create client deliverables (market surveys, tour books, competitive sets)
• Prepare deal documents (RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, leasing status reports)
• Update and maintain CRM to track prospects, clients, and deals
• Manage listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, Hightower
• Create/edit presentations and client deliverables for meetings
• Assist with planning industry functions or client events and open houses
• Process deal file paperwork and broker expense reports per policy
• Provide general administrative support (printing, scheduling, travel arrangements, front desk)
