Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for team members and track action items and delivery dates.
• Develop pitches and presentations for brokers and clients.
• Execute marketing campaigns, maintain mailing lists, and run campaign reports.
• Update brokers’ transactions on applicable portals for local and regional clients.
• Assist with transaction processes, due diligence, deal sheets, invoices and payments.
