Qualifications

1–2+ years of marketing/administrative support experience within Commercial Real Estate.
Proficient with Adobe InDesign.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with network/cloud systems.
Excellent written and verbal communications; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members, tracking action items and delivery dates.
Develop pitches and presentations for brokers and clients.
Execute marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and generate campaign reports.
Update brokers' transactions on websites and client portals for local and regional clients.
Assist in transaction coordination: due diligence, deal sheets, invoices, and payments.
