Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative support experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Knowledge of InDesign preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support duties for the office and fee-earners.
• Support mail room operations and staff when needed (mail sorting, postage, fax and copy machines).
• Assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Assist in creation/editing of presentation materials using standard marketing templates.
• Produce and distribute reports, proposals and other materials for clients.
• Coordinate catering, venues and other event planning activities as needed.
