Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager of Business Development – Brokerage in Milwaukee to drive growth and mentor a team of Portfolio Executives and Associate Portfolio Executives.

You will lead customer engagement, expand strategic accounts, and partner with the GM and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and cultivating talent within Brokerage Sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly or indirectly leading or managing teams.
• Must be consistently exceeding the minimum performance standards in current role.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (domestically).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the Brokerage Sales team through business development initiatives.
• Act as primary escalation point to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Provide industry insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with GM to align accounts across Brokerage Sales.
• Lead and develop Portfolio Executives and Associate Portfolio Executives.
