Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the Brokerage Sales portfolio.
• Mentor Portfolio Executives and Associate Portfolio Executives.
• Partner with GM and stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
• Lead talent development and ensure tenure progress.
• Resolve customer escalations and improve retention.
