Job summary

Truist is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Financial Advisors with client servicing, trade processing, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with financial plans, processing trades, managing client documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires FINRA licenses and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• Knowledge of annuity product features and attributes.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Excellent telephone and professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Receive and place orders; respond to market information queries and trading features.
• Process corporate actions where licensing is required and ensure proper documentation.
