Job summary

Truist is seeking an in-office associate to support Financial Advisors by handling administrative and operational tasks, client servicing, and business development in Charleston, WV.

Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, handling trades, scheduling, data entry in Salesforce, and maintaining client records to maximize productivity and client service when advisors are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in the securities industry or a sales assistant role required.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts is required.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required or must be pursued within 365 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients and preparing plans.
• Receive and place orders; answer questions on quotes, trades and orders.
• Process corporate actions requiring license; manage client calendars and data entry.
• Ensure new business paperwork is completed with signatures and submission.
• Provide authentication and risk controls for client calls and transactions.
• Support branch operations and coordinate reports and client communications.

Skills
