Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Manager of Broker and Key Accounts to lead commercial performance and drive growth through broker partnerships and key account management. You will develop joint business plans, align with distributors, and ensure market execution meets activation and distribution targets.

The role requires building trusted relationships with buyers and cross-functional stakeholders, delivering strategic plans, and guiding the team toward Share Growth and profitability across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Spirits/Beer/RTD categories with understanding of route-to-market dynamics.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies.
• Experience with third-party distributors and senior trade relationships.
• Experience in a matrixed organization balancing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead market share growth and commercial performance.
• Drive distribution and activation excellence with broker partners.
• Own a key account growth agenda and develop joint business plans.
