Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Manager of Broker & Key Accounts to lead commercial performance in-market. You will develop joint business plans, collaborate with broker leadership, and drive share growth across assigned accounts.

You will own distribution strategy, set clear expectations with partners, and ensure activation and financial targets are met. The role demands strong leadership, relationship-building with buyers, and ability to execute in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Spirits, Beer, RTD categories with route-to-market knowledge.
• Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Experience working with third-party distributors and managing senior-level trade relationships.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in high-growth environments.
