FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Broker Manager to drive sales growth and client retention by recruiting and managing broker relationships across the Arizona region. The role emphasizes strategic outreach, relationship building, and effective solutions for clients.

You will train brokers, present proposals, and manage budgets, while maintaining licensing and industry knowledge. Remote work is possible while overseeing the Arizona territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Sales experience with broker relationships is preferred.
• Familiarity with PEO structures and risk/probability concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospects, obtains, and develops broker relationships regionally to grow sales.
• Continually establishes new agent relationships.
• Cold calls to obtain new business opportunities and generates referrals.
• Develops and presents proposals and client solutions.
• Educates brokers about FrankCrum products and provides updates.
