Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Broker Account Manager for a field position in Maricopa County, AZ. You will drive broker channel sales, build relationships with providers and agents, and oversee training and enrollment activities.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of CMS guidelines. A valid high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Travel to sales activities is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of general sales/marketing strategy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Increases sales and meets or exceeds sales expectations through existing relationships.
• Builds new selling relationships in existing and expansion markets to grow broker sales.
• Manages provider relationships and assigns agents to partner with Medical Groups/IPAs for growth.
• Oversees agent sales and product training including webinars for new agents and enrollment training.
• Ensures CMS compliance with sales and enrollment processes and events.
• Maintains effective communication with leadership and departments regarding updates.
