Job summary

Alignment Health USA, LLC is seeking a Broker Account Manager in Maricopa County, Arizona. This field role drives sales and growth of the broker channel and reports to the Vice President of Sales.

You will oversee broker relationships, expand in existing and new markets, coordinate agent training, ensure CMS compliance, and manage enrollment processes. A minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing is required; licensure within 6 months is advised.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing strategy experience.
• Medicare knowledge and/or health insurance background preferred.
• Must obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; CMS guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and meet/exceed expectations through existing relationships.
• Develop new broker relationships in current and expansion markets.
• Manage provider relationships and coordinate agent partnerships with medical groups.
• Oversee broker training, webinars, and Open Enrollment recertification.
• Ensure CMS compliance in all sales and enrollment processes.
• Provide clear documentation and maintain morale within the team.
