Job summary

FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Broker Manager in Utah to drive sales growth and client retention by recruiting and managing regional broker relationships. You will develop opportunities, present proposals, and train brokers on how to market FrankCrum products.

You will maintain professional licensing, manage budgets, and execute outbound campaigns while meeting monthly targets and participating in industry events.

Qualifications

• Keys to success include exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and sales experience.
• Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospects, obtains, and develops broker relationships regionally to drive sales growth.
• Establishes new agent relationships and maintains ongoing contacts.
• Performs cold calls to generate new business opportunities with brokers, CPAs, and firms.
• Develops and presents proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Educates brokers about FrankCrum products and provides updates and retraining.
• Trains brokers on marketing and selling the product line.
• Maintains licensing and knowledge through networks and webinars.
• Develops and manages the External Sales Department budgets.
• Sends at least two Constant Contact campaigns monthly and adds new contacts.
• Meets monthly sales targets and attends events as directed.
