ADP is hiring a Broker Channel Sales Representative in Illinois to hunt for new business exclusively through broker partners and client referrals within our Human Resources Outsourcing solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with brokerage firms, educate them on ADP HRO offerings, and drive top-down sales strategies to close deals and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelors; B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales processes and close deals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business with brokerage firms and internal ADP partners to close sales and reach targets.
• Convert prospects into clients by identifying needs and recommending ADP HRO solutions.
• Cross-sell ADP offerings within existing accounts and maintain relationships across the ADP family.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to access accounts and manage the sales cycle.
