Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a part-time Broadcast Coordinator to support the Broadcast Department at SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park, and YouTube Theater. You will assist with planning, execution, and post-production for events, concerts, and private functions, providing administrative support to executives.

This role requires mobility across a large campus, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production or entertainment.
• At least 1 year of administrative work experience.
• Able to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Broadcast Operations and Production activities.
• Assist with event settlements and post-event reporting.
• Manage calendars and meetings for department executives.
• Maintain broadcast and event calendar.
• Assist with logistics for events on-site at the campus.
• Support setup of snacks and meals for crew.
