Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for YouTube Theater in Inglewood, CA. The role supports production teams, tracks budgets, and coordinates scheduling with operations, security, and vendors to ensure shows run smoothly.

The position requires a minimum of five years in concert production, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication across management, promoters, and crew. Weekend and night work may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of concert production experience.
• Strong knowledge of the full production process (advance, load-in, show, load-out).
• Ability to solve production problems and communicate with promoters and staff.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with unions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between venue and promoter to ensure production needs meet the contract.
• Assist with advance details for technical needs for shows.
• Resolve production issues arising during the show timeline.
• Assist with crew calls and cost estimates.
• Oversee load in/out and maintain show files.
• Collaborate with IT and Broadcast teams for equipment and needs.
