Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a Security Coordinator to support the Security Manager in coordinating safety and security operations for events at YouTube Theater. You will work with internal teams and contracted security to protect guests, staff, and performers.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of security experience in large venues. Proficiency with MS Office/Google apps and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of security experience in live events.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal partners and security personnel to support event operations and safety policies.
• Respond to security incidents and escalate as needed with management.
• Utilize facility security systems to support deployment and risk management.
• Prepare and maintain operational and situational reports.
• Maintain inventory of security equipment and assist with procurement.
• Occasionally serve as MOD for events and act as security point of contact.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
