Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Broadband Specialist I to install cable television and broadband services at customer homes in the Moline area. You will drive a company van and perform installs, service changes, and other installation tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer drop installations (exterior and interior) from tap to equipment.
• Handle new connects, disconnects, outlets, and service changes.
• Analyze picture quality and ensure proper cable delivery.
• Drive company vehicle and perform vehicle upkeep.
• Safely use hand tools and test equipment during installations.
