Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
• 2+ years of directly related experience preferred.
• A master's degree in Education, Management, Communication, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• JOB KNOWLEDGE: Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises work of others and may offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.
• BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors the departmental budget and may manage fund allocation between $100,000 - $500,000.
• Oversee and coordinate the Supplemental Instruction (SI) program.
• Provide one-to-one academic advising to Bridge to Clemson students.
• Collaborate with Transfer Programs and campus partners to enhance the transfer student experience.
