La Roche University is seeking a Coordinator of Supplemental Instruction and Student Success to lead the SI program within the Center for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA). You will coordinate, monitor, and assess SI initiatives, support peer tutoring and mentoring, and develop workshops to boost student engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Director of Tutoring and Student Success, you will train SI leaders, collaborate with faculty, analyze program data, and ensure CRLA-aligned

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• Experience with student support services and diverse populations.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with formal assessment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and technical skills.
• Flexible schedule for campus events.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the La Roche SI Program for targeted courses.
• Recruit and train SI student leaders with faculty input.
• Hire, train, and supervise SI student leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and Payroll for SI staff.
• Mediate peer-to-peer issues among students and leaders.
• Collect, assess, and present data on SI usage and effectiveness.
• Provide CRLA-aligned training to peer tutors with CASA Director.
• Promote StudentLingo modules and online workshops in courses.
• Teach a section of Redhawk Ready: Academic Success as needed.
• Provide individual academic counseling and success coaching.
• Host student success workshops and conduct classroom visits.
