Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC seeks a Technical Sales & Promotions Engineer for Structural Products to drive technical marketing, promotion, and sales. You will engage engineers, contractors, and project owners with consultative solutions for civil infrastructure projects.

You will cultivate territory opportunities, implement a disciplined marketing and selling system, and apply your civil engineering knowledge to complex product applications and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Mechanical engineering or related field; P.E. preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to understand engineer of record, site owner, and contractor needs and guide to solutions.
• Excellent communication of technical information and consultative marketing skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting civil site plans and reading drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical marketing, promotion, and sales for Bridge and Structures product lines.
• Develop territory relationships with engineers, agencies, and contractors.
• Implement a defined marketing and sales system with continuous improvement.
• Showcase civil engineering knowledge in infrastructure applications.
• Develop budgetary pricing for initial project design and final pricing.
• Lead territory field marketing directed at public agencies and DOTs.
