Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales & Promotions Engineer to lead marketing, promotion, and sales for our Bridges and Structures product lines. You will build relationships with engineers, agencies, and owners within your territory, applying regulatory guidance and engineering know-how to develop solutions.

You will implement a structured marketing/sales system, showcase expertise in civil engineering applications, and contribute to pricing strategies while traveling 30–40%

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering; P.E. preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Understand engineers of record, site owners and contractors’ needs.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information via consultative marketing.
• Proficient in interpreting civil site plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical marketing, promotion, and sales for Bridge and Structures lines.
• Develop territory relationships with engineers, agencies, and owners.
• Implement a disciplined marketing and selling system for continual improvement.
• Demonstrate civil engineering and infrastructure product expertise.
• Develop budgetary pricing for initial design and final pricing.
• Lead field marketing directed at public agencies, DOTs, and regulators.
