Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of related construction experience required.
• Able to read and interpret plans and proposals.
• Able to communicate effectively with crew and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of a crew to assure completion of assigned work.
• Ensure safety and efficiency by guiding crew on equipment use and responsibilities.
• Train new employees on policy, safety requirements and duties.
• Maintain accurate daily payroll records for crew members.
