Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a Structures Foreman to provide direct in-field supervision of a bridge and structures crew on heavy highway projects. You will be the site safety lead, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards, while coordinating with the Structures Superintendent.

The role requires strong plans/blueprints reading, collaboration with Owner/Engineer, and the ability to manage materials and equipment effectively. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years' experience in managing a crew in heavy highway/bridge construction.
• Experience with DOT and/or Federal projects; familiarity with construction specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-field supervision of a bridge & structures crew across all phases of construction.
• Front-line safety officer for the site; ensure safety of crew.
• Coordinate with Structures Superintendent to meet quality standards.
