As Foreman, you will supervise crews, read blueprints, enforce safety, manage materials, and coordinate with project managers to deliver high-quality work under demanding conditions. This role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction with focus on structures and bridges.
• Minimum 2 years in a foreman role.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and project docs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew and subcontractors on site.
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct daily briefings.
• Manage equipment, materials, and resources.
