Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Heavy Civil & Bridge Construction Foreman to lead crews in bridge-building and concrete structure work on complex civil projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, with hands-on leadership across grade control, formwork, rebar, and large pours.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in heavy civil construction, familiarity with DOT specs, and proficiency with B2W and Procore. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct bridge and heavy civil construction experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Carpentry or Civil Trade School Certificate preferred.
• Experience with DOT specifications and quality control for bridges and civil infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor crews in bridge-building and concrete activities, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety.
• Direct and coordinate daily operations on bridge and heavy civil projects, including grade control and large pours.
• Oversee formwork, rebar installation, and concrete finishing in piers, abutments, and decks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to meet schedule and budget goals.
