Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a Bridge/Structures Foreman to supervise a crew on heavy highway and civil projects. You will ensure safety, plan work with the superintendent, and manage materials, equipment, and coordination with owners and engineers.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil/structures construction, OSHA 10, and the ability to read blueprints. On-site leadership, communication, and reliability are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in managing a crew in heavy highway/bridge construction.
• 5+ years of heavy civil/structures construction experience.
• Familiarity with construction specifications, means, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-field supervision of bridge & structures crew across all phases of construction.
• Ensure safety of crew as front-line safety officer and coordinate with Structures Superintendent.
• Plan work with supervisor and determine means and methods to meet project goals.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and inventory control on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance.
