Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in managing a crew in heavy highway/bridge construction.
• 5+ years of heavy civil/structures construction experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of bridge & structures crew.
• Perform quality control and contract compliance.
• Responsible for training and development of workers.

Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to read and comprehend blueprints

Hands-on construction experience

Education
