You will supervise field teams, coordinate activities, review drawings, ensure DOT specs compliance, and maintain documentation such as timesheets and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4+ years building trades experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and plans.
• Familiar with DOT specs and roadway/MOT operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and adjust plans as weather, deliveries, or personnel changes.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure crew compliance with safety standards.
• Assign responsibilities and resources to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain project documentation such as timesheets, reports, and labor records.
• Report project status to supervisors and support cost control.
