Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a full-time Structural Engineering Project Manager for our New England branch, based in our Portsmouth, NH, Bedford, NH, Salem, NH, or Portland, ME offices.

GPI offers flexible work schedules, allowing employees to split time between the office and working from home. This role provides opportunity to lead diverse structural design and rehabilitation projects with a strong backlog and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8 to 20+ years of bridge engineering project management experience.
• PE licensure in NH or ME is required.
• Experience with state DOTs, transportation agencies, and municipalities in New England.
• Read, write, and understand plans and directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of bridge design and rehabilitation projects.
• Coordinate engineers and balance project delivery teams.
• Participate in marketing, proposals, contracts, design and production meetings.
• Review code compliance with governing agencies.
• Lead design development sessions with cross-discipline staff.
• Coordinate workload and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Track and manage project budgets.
