Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a full-time Structural Engineering Project Manager for our New England presence, based in NH offices in Portsmouth, Bedford, or Salem, or Portland, ME.

You will lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team and interfacing with state agencies and municipalities. The role offers flexible work arrangements between office and field, with opportunities for career growth and involvement in a wide range of structural projects

Qualifications

• 8–20+ years of structural engineering project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in NH or ME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of bridge design and rehabilitation projects.
• Coordinate the work of engineers and balance the project delivery team.
• Engage with marketing, proposals, contracts, design, and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with state agencies for code compliance.
• Lead design development sessions with multi-disciplinary staff.
• Track budgets and ensure deliverables meet schedules.
