Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Massachusetts Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8–20+ years of structural engineering and project management experience with bridge/transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of bridge design, rehabilitation, and structural projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, balancing resources and coordinating activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with MassDOT, municipalities, and transportation agencies.
• Participate in business development, including proposals, interviews, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate design development, contract document preparation, and technical reviews.
