Job summary
Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of clients across the New England region (MA/CT/NH/ME/RI). The role supports project delivery from concept through closeout, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders in a dynamic, people-first culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; master's in structural engineering preferred.
- Licensed PE in Massachusetts required; additional state licenses preferred.
- 6–7 years of related experience; 3–4 years project-related experience.
- Experience in design of steel, concrete, prestressed concrete, timber and/or masonry.
- Familiarity with IBC codes and structural software (SAP/ETABS/STAAD/RAM Steel).
Responsibilities
- Lead concept design, analysis, and design of structures.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Review shop drawings and erection procedures.
- Perform construction administration duties.
